KineticDesq is software delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping charges, couriers, or delivery addresses involved.
How you receive the app
The app is available immediately as a download from the download section of this website. It installs on any Mac running macOS 14 or later, and every Mac starts with a 7-day free trial.
When your subscription becomes active
Access is delivered instantly after a successful payment. Sign in from the Subscription page inside KineticDesq with the same account you paid with, and the Mac is activated within seconds. Your subscriptions and activated Macs are always visible on your account page.
Delivery problems
If your payment succeeded but a Mac is not activated within 30 minutes, email support@kineticdesq.com with your account email and Razorpay payment reference. We respond within 2–3 business days. If we cannot deliver access, the payment is refunded under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
