This policy describes what information KineticDesq ("we", "us") collects when you use our website, create an account, or subscribe, and how that information is used, disclosed, and protected.
Information we collect
- Account information: name and email address, when you register an account.
- Subscription information: plan, number of Macs, billing status and Razorpay subscription reference, associated with your account.
- Payment information: card and billing details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card number.
- Device information: a device identifier derived one-way from your Mac's hardware ID, the Mac's name, and app/macOS version, sent by the desktop app to run the free trial and assign subscription seats.
How we use it
- To create and manage your account, subscription, and device seats.
- To process payments and issue refunds where applicable.
- To respond to support requests.
- To enforce one free trial per Mac and the number of Macs you pay for.
Disclosure
We share information with Razorpay solely to process payments, subject to Razorpay's own privacy policy. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Security
Account and subscription data is stored using industry-standard access controls and encryption in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting support@kineticdesq.com.
