How does the free trial work?
Every Mac gets a one-time 7-day free trial that starts the first time you open KineticDesq. You do not need an account or a card to start it.
What does priced per Mac mean?
Each Mac you activate uses one seat on your subscription. Choose how many Macs to cover at checkout, from 1 to 10, and every feature works on each of them.
Can I move a seat to a different Mac?
Yes. Remove the old Mac from the Devices page in your account and its seat frees immediately. Sign in on the new Mac and it takes the free seat. The removed Mac stops working within 7 days, or at its next check-in if sooner.
How do I activate KineticDesq after paying?
Open KineticDesq on your Mac and sign in with the same account you paid with. The Mac activates within seconds.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from the Subscription page in your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Does the early-bird price last?
Yes, for as long as that subscription stays active. It ends if you cancel and is not restored if you subscribe again later.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments for a period that has already started are not refunded pro rata, because every Mac gets a free trial first. Refunds are issued for duplicate charges, renewals charged in error after you cancelled, and defects we cannot fix within 14 days. The Cancellation & Refund Policy has the details.
Which currency am I charged in?
The currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may add a foreign-transaction fee.
