KineticDesq is sold as a subscription billed monthly or yearly, per Mac. Every Mac gets a 7-day free trial first, with no payment details required, so you can confirm it works on your setup before paying.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Early-bird pricing ends with the subscription and is not restored if you subscribe again later.
Refunds
Because every Mac gets a free trial before any charge, payments for a period already started are not refunded pro rata. A refund is issued when:
- you were charged more than once for the same period (duplicate charge);
- a renewal went through within 48 hours after you cancelled because of an error on our side; or
- KineticDesq does not work as described on a supported, up-to-date macOS 14+ system and we cannot fix it within 14 days of your report.
To request a refund, contact support@kineticdesq.com with your account email and Razorpay payment reference. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
